I am just back from Ibiza where I was doing a retreat with Katy Appleton - such lovely people and a wonderful week. I highly recommend taking the time out for yourself should you get the chance to go on a retreat. I have a few exciting things going on including an interview for Yoga Magazine in the next few weeks, some new courses starting in August and I've just been told I'm yoga pose of the month on Yoga Pages, I'm thrilled. Apart from the courses which I'm so looking forward to teaching, I am in the midst of organising a UK weekend retreat and a surf yoga holiday where you also horseride, kite board, canoe or just soak up the rays on the beautiful beaches. There is something for everyone... The new courses start in August, one is in Waterloo and one in Parsons Green.
